Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Southern Collard Greens that are made the traditional way, but let's be truthful....
Traditional Southern Collard Greens are PACKED with sodium, and most of the greens' nutrients get cooked out, so there's no real nutritional value to eating them.
On their own, collard greens have a lot of nutrients.
