Cooked JUST RIGHT: Why You Need to Try Simply Ribs in Cleveland!

If you’re in the Cleveland area and looking for some incredible soul food, I highly recommend you check out Simply Ribs in Warrensville, Ohio.

Located at 4640 Richmond Rd, it’s conveniently situated between expressways I-271 and I-480. It sits in a cute, well-kept strip mall, and delightful aromas hit you as soon as you walk through the door—you just know it’s going to be good!

The owner, Wendy Johnson, started Simply Ribs about a year ago. From what I saw, she has some very happy customers. They all seemed to be regulars, and after tasting the food, I can see why.

Now, let's talk about those ribs. I pride myself on cooking some good ribs, and while I don't eat them as much as I used to, I know how they’re supposed to be cooked. And the ribs at Simply Ribs were cooked just right. The rub was amazing, the meat was seasoned right down to the bone, and the sauce was delicious!

I also had the brisket, BBQ wings, and wings with a "Golden sauce" (which came with fries). That Golden Sauce was amazing; it made those crinkle-cut fries taste like something out of a five-star restaurant.

The service was great, too! I highly recommend this place for your soul food needs. I also believe they do large orders, because while I was there, I overheard Wendy talking about a large wing order from the previous day.
